| General Booking&Cancellation Policy: | To secure individual bookings the property requires a valid credit card as guarantee only, full payment on arrival.
Accommodation cancellation without penalty (except non-refundable deposit) 240 hours/10 days before arrival.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
All bookings for period: 24 December-10 January, 30 April-30 August, 1 November-4 November must be 50% prepaid and are non-refundable.
The apartments must be left clean, or 15 eur extra cleaning charge will apply.
There can be difference between general booking&cancellation policy and a booking&cancellation policy for Special Offers and Group Bookings.

Please Note: You can pick-up and drop-off your keys at Head Office "Key Travel" located at Narva str.13a (tel.+3726461455) during normal working hours (Mon. - Fri., 09:00-18:00 (6:00pm)). Outside of these hours it is possible to arrange a pick-up or a drop-off your keys by calling +3725027258.
