We do not have 24 hrs reception. All clients are required to call us at least 1 day prior to arrival to arrange a key collection. Telephone number is provided on your confirmation.
Check-out: From 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. noon
Cancellation: if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours from the arrival date, we will charge the first night’s accommodation cost.
Please Note: You can pick-up and drop-off your keys at Head Office "Key Travel" located at Narva mnt. 16-25 (tel.+3726461455) during normal working hours (Mon. - Fri., 09:00-18:00 (6:00pm)). Outside of these hours it is possible to arrange a pick-up or a drop-off your keys by calling +3725027258.
All clients required to call Head Office at least 1 day prior to arrival to arrange a key collection. |
| General Booking&Cancellation Policy: | Non-refundable 10% deposit is required to secure a booking for individuals.
Accommodation cancellation without penalty (except non-refundable deposit) 72 hours/3 days before arrival.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
There can be difference between general booking&cancellation policy and a booking&cancellation policy for Special Offers and Group Bookings.

FROM THE RAILWAY STATION. Take any tram going toward the city, at the “Hobujaama” stop (exit on the 4th stop from Railway Station) switch to tram nr. 3 or 4 travelling in the opposite direction. Exit on “Vineeri” stop (4th from “Hobujaama”). You will be almost in front of the building, go through the arch way, entrance is on the other side of the building. FROM BUS STATION. Take bus nr. 17/17a, 23/23a to the “Vabaduse väljak” (4th from Bus Station), switch any tram going away from the city center. Exit on “Vineeri” stop (2nd from “Vabaduse valjak”). You will be almost in front of the building, go through the arch way, entrance is on the other side of the building. FROM THE FERRY TERMINALS. FROM TERMINALS A,B and C. After exiting terminal building walk straight toward the told town until you reach tram tracks, tram stop will be in 50 m from there (walking distance 500 m from terminal building). Take any tram going toward the city, at the “Hobujaama” stop (exit on the 3th stop from tram stop) switch to tram nr. 3 or 4 travelling in the opposite direction. Exit on “Vineeri” stop (4th from “Hobujaama”). You will be almost in front of the building, go through the arch way, entrance is on the other side of the building. FROM TERMINAL D. After exiting terminal building walk straight until you reach tram tracks. If you walk to the left from shopping center and the right after you reach tram tracks you will reach “Hobujaama” stop. If you get lost you still will reach tram tracks if travelling along selected direction. Then you will have to take a tram to “Hobujaama” stop – ask around, almost everyone speaks at least some English. Take tram nr. 3 or 4 travelling in to “Tondi”. Exit on “Vineeri” stop (4th from “Hobujaama”). You will be almost in front of the building, go through the arch way, entrance is on the other side of the building. FROM THE AIRPORT. Take bus nr. 2 to the “A.Laikmaa”, switch to the tram nr. 3 or 4 travelling in to “Tondi”. Exit on “Vineeri” stop. You will be almost in front of the building, go through the arch way, entrance is on the other side of the building. HOW TO GET TO THE HEAD OFFICE "Key Travel" Narva mnt.16-25. From the Railway Station: - Take tram nr.1 going towards the city, exit on “Pronksi”(4th from Railway Station) stop. From the airport: - Take bus nr. 2 to the “Vabaduse valjak”, switch to tram nr.3. Exit on “Pronksi” stop. From the Bus Station: - Take tram nr.4 going towards the city, at the “Viru” stop switch to tram nr. 3 travelling in the opposite direction. Exit on “Pronksi”(next) stop. From the Ferry Terminal: - After exiting terminal building walk straight until you reach tram tracks. Take tram nr.1 going towards the city, exit on “Pronksi” stop. |
